One-Year Warranty

VogueFlo stands fully behind the quality of our products. Therefore, all our items are covered by a one-year warranty from the date of the initial order receipt.

Warranty Terms:

1. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

2. When returning items, the customer must contact one of our representatives to obtain the return address.

3. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that items are securely packaged before returning them. VogueFlo is not liable for lost or stolen items during return shipping.

4. To ensure proper tracking of the return, customers must use a shipping service with tracking. Packages without tracking will not be processed.

5. VogueFlo reserves the right to cancel the warranty for any item showing signs of alteration, abuse, or damage beyond normal wear and tear, as determined by our jewelry professionals.
